Manufacturer warranty terms are set by FJ Dynamics and passed through under your OGL service contract. Coverage scope, duration, and exclusions are documented on the manufacturer warranty sheet — OGL walks through the terms at contract signing and handles warranty claims on your behalf.
How long do replacement parts take to arrive?
Per FJ Dynamics spec sheet — available at demo. OGL stages common wear items for Mansfield-area clients; lead times for specialty parts depend on FJ Dynamics inventory and shipping lane.
What does OGL handle during installation?
OGL delivers the unit, completes the manufacturer-recommended setup checklist, verifies RTK positioning, and runs the first marking pass on your layout. Site prep, paint supply, and ongoing layout design remain with your grounds team unless scoped separately in your contract.
What training is included with delivery?
Every delivery includes hands-on operator training: layout upload, run scheduling, pre-run checks, and basic troubleshooting. Training is conducted on your site by the same OGL operator who runs the first pass. Refresher sessions are available under your service contract.
What is the service response window if something goes wrong?
Phase 1 service calls route to the Mansfield branch. Response targets are defined in your OGL service contract — not invented here. Critical downtime calls are prioritized; routine maintenance is scheduled around your marking calendar.
How are firmware updates handled?
FJ Dynamics releases firmware through the manufacturer platform. OGL validates updates against active Mansfield deployments before recommending installation. Updates are applied during scheduled service windows so marking schedules are not interrupted mid-season.

What if FJ Dynamics changes the SKU or model designation?
Model designation changes originate from FJ Dynamics. OGL updates catalog pages and contract references when the manufacturer publishes an official SKU change. Existing units remain supported under the warranty and service terms active at purchase.
