OpenGround Landscape is opening its Mansfield, Texas branch in 2026 as the authorized FJ Dynamics distributor for the region. We chose to sell what we use, and to stay through the seasons we sell into.

Eric runs Phase 1 from Mansfield. He closes every deal personally, manages the FJ Dynamics relationship, and signs every service contract on an OGL letterhead.
Through Phase 1, one closer is a feature, not a constraint. Every customer talks to the operator who is also accountable for their grounds.

Sell what you can stand behind
We evaluated the FJ Dynamics catalog on real Texas grounds before signing the distributor agreement. We didn't pick the easiest product to move -- we picked the one we'd want servicing our own fields.
One accountable contract
Manufacturer warranty, distributor delivery, and on-site operator training are covered under a single OGL agreement. There is no grey zone between equipment support and distributor support.
Same team through the season
The operator who runs your first marking pass is the same contact for service calls, re-marks, and software updates. Mansfield-area clients don't rotate through a support queue.

Texas — operational, 2026
Single selling branch. One closer. Service window covers Mansfield and adjacent grounds. Every inquiry is routed here by default.
Colorado — planned, conditional on Phase 2 triggers
A second selling branch activates when Phase 2 triggers are met. Until then, Colorado is not operational and we do not market it as such.
